Our ventilation element is in accordance with DIN 4102. Once a temperature of 100 C° is reached it seals autonomously within 3 minutes. 
Ventilation Element F-90 Fields of Application: Wherever heat accumulation could be created, but a conventional ventilation would not allow a proper fire protection. It is even applicable outside. Examples: • central furnace rooms
• internal tank farms
• cable spreading rooms
• electronic data processing systems
• transformer stations
• fire protection cabinets for electronic facilities
• fire doors
• garages
• gas transfer stations
• analyser cabinets Installation: In mineral ceilings and walls the element is installed with cement mortar or plaster. In light partition walls, doors and gates etc, an opening is made accurate to size. Then the box is installed. Then the bottom grating held by a pawl is positioned in the opening from the back side. Functionality The packages inside are sealed hermetically and shelter fire protection material which starts foaming at 100C° within 3minutes.

The ventilation element guarantees a 90 minutes resistance to fire and smoke.
The installation requires an approval on an individual basis.
